The newest diecutting model of the brand SBL which was based on the many years of the experience in the production of creasing, cutting and stamping machines. Model SBL-1060SE characterizes a higl level of automation and ergonomics of use that extremely shorten the machine’s preparation time to work. Cutting speed has been increased to 8000/h with aadtional machine 400 mm lift which allows quick performance of the high-volume jobs. To speed up the implementation of the short runs, the machine operating system has been automated and equipped with non-stop applying sheets mode and the non-stop delivery system using the automatically extendable and retractable collecting roller blind. The new is also the increase of the format range in the machine which enables to cut sheets with a minimum format of 320 x 320 mm up to enlarged B1 format, i.e. 1060x760mm. The split-plate with interchangeable ovelays significantly speeds up the performing of regular orders. The preparation of the cutting section to resume the circulation with using overlay plate takes only several minutes which conduces to perform the repetitive jobs. The three-cam precise drive with perfectly matched system of the gentle running and braking of the gripper bars ensures soft guiding of the sheet, the highest creasing precision and reduces the number of necessary plates on the die as well. Despite of the samller number of plates, the drive system in the SBL machine prevents the breakdown of the blank after lowering the diecutting section and waste removal. The high force of pressure in the diecutting section of 300 tons allows to work with wide spectrum of materials. It cuts materials with low grammage as well as solid cardboards, microwave or even selected plastics. Model SBL-1060SE has many applications and ideally handles packaging production and varius service order also. The number of options allows to adjust the machine to individual production needs
