SBL-1050 SE
A proven diecutting model of the SBL brand which was based on the many years’ of the experience in the production of creasing machines. Model SBL-150SE enables rapid processing of even hign-volume jobs. The use of the split-plate allows the preparation of the diecutting section to resume of the circulation in several minutes. This conducive to perform the repetitive jobs. The three-cam precise drive with perfectly matched system of the gentle running and braking of the gripper bars ensures soft guiding of the sheet, the highest creasing precision and reduces the number of necessary plates on the die as well. Despite of the smaller number of plates, the drive system in the SBL machine prevents the breakdown of the blank after lowering the diecutting section and waste removal. The high force of pressure in the diecutting section of 300 tons allows to work with wide spectrum of materials. It cuts materials with low grammage as well as solid cardboards, microwave or even selected plastics. Model SBL-1050SE has many applications and ideally handles packaging production and varius service orders also. The number of options allows to adjust the machine to individual production needs.
